TIPS "WORK STRESS SOS"

Everyone has their problems....included workload...but ..u need to manage your time wisely..and PLEASE DON'T POSTPONE OR DELAY UR WORK... or u will become really stressful to finish it.. Here a some useful tips to cope ur stress...

(1) Don't stew Instead, take it out on a small ball u keep on ur desk. Squeeze it, throw it in the air, or even take it outside and bounce, throw and catch it until u feel better.

(2) Mini massage ; Take ur shoes off and rub ur feet, bending ur toes, ankles and arches to ease tension. Or massage ur hands, focusing on the highly sensitive tips of ur fingers. (from superumi : if u have an extra money, why don't u go to spa)

(3) Seek peace ; Take time to regain perspective, whether u close ur door or go to ur car 4 a few minutes.

(4) Find joy ; Put flowers on ur desk or get a small fountain 2 create the soothing sound of running water.
